FCC Ámbito achieves zero accident target

FCC Ámbito achieved its target of zero accidents last December in all of the areas where it operates (Spain, the US, Italy and Portugal). Additionally, the division reported zero accidents in the last three years at its operations in Portugal.

FCC Ámbito achieves zero accident target

The company's commitment to safety has led to notable advances, including a 42% reduction in workplace accidents in the last three years, the creation of a Joint Workplace Safety Service in Spain, and certification of FCC Ámbito's industrial waste units in Spain and Portugal to the OHSAS 18001 standard.

Moreover, the division's Catalonia/Balearic Islands unit won the Safety Management prize in FCC's first workplace safety awards.
