FCC Construcción has won the tender to build the Tarragona Justice Forum (Catalonia). The project will consist of bringing together all the judicial headquarters and regional services of the Department of Justice in a single building. The first phase of the works will begin during the first quarter of 2026 and will last for 15 months. This first phase will focus on preliminary work, earthworks and the construction of the building's structure. Subsequently, the second phase will involve the architectural and installation works for the building, which are expected to be completed by the end of 2028.

Currently, the courts and tribunals of Tarragona are spread across eight locations. With the new Fòrum building, these services will be brought together in a single complex, which will double the current surface area: 39,488 square metres.
