FCC Construcción participates in the awarding of the Bosque Metropolitano badges

On International Forest Day, FCC Construcción has participated in the delivery of the Metropolitan Forest badges”.

The new renaturalized access to the Metropolitan Forest that connects with Cerro Almodóvar was inaugurated at the ceremony, where the km.0 of this great forest ring that is already beginning to border Madrid is located. This is the first completed phase of works aimed at recovering an area that until now was completely degraded.

In addition, an Environmental Interpretation Center for the Metropolitan Forest will be created on Cerro Almodóvar.

At the ceremony, a badge was handed out to the companies that have sponsored the micronurseries that have spent 45 days in different streets of the city and that, now, have all come together to form the "B" of the Metropolitan Forest on the plot of Valdegrulla and that will also serve as a nursery and for informative activities.
