The participants from the construction area of the FCC Group have completed the XX promotion of the High Potential Management Program developed by the School of Industrial Organization.

The objective of the program is to offer structured and comprehensive training, whose purpose is to prepare "High Potential" Spanish women from different companies to assume managerial responsibilities of any type and size of company, with a multidisciplinary training perspective, strengthening the concepts of commitment, effort and responsibility.

With the participation in this program, women with high potential will be able to assume greater responsibilities in the management of companies in the near future and thus contribute, equally, to the development of the company.

As an aspect to highlight, the participants have had to develop a social project, which in this edition has been how to develop projects that favor the inclusion of refugees in the workplace.
