FCC held a legal and employment law update seminar at its corporate headquarters in Las Tablas, focusing on both recent regulatory developments and the most significant case law in the field of employment law.

The session, which was both technical and practical in nature, was delivered by the Legal and Employment Advisory team within Corporate Services and was aimed at professionals in areas whose roles are directly related to the implementation and monitoring of employment regulations.

During the session, recent case law was reviewed, as were the main regulatory reforms planned for the short term, taking into account their practical relevance to the work of the various departments that make up the HR function.
