FCC Industrial has considerable experience in the construction of special and unique infrastructures, including the El Corte Inglés Torre Castellana in Madrid's financial district, various shopping centres such as the Ferial Plaza in Guadalajara, the municipal library in Coslada (Madrid) and the theatre and cultural centre in the same municipality.

FCC Industrial participated in the remodelling of the installations in the Palacio Cibeles as the new headquarters of Madrid City Council and the remodelling of the electromechanical installations in the Banco de España.
