The guidelines from the General Organisation Management Department on the notification of serious, very serious and fatal accidents are attached herein and aim to define the lines of action for formal internal communication of these incidents to the different hierarchical levels of FCC.

Communication of serious, very serious and fatal accidents

All current communication procedures of the different occupational risk prevention management systems in FCC areas must be adapted to the common framework outlined in this document.

These guidelines must be applied in all work centres of the FCC Group worldwide which are subject to any contract, service, concession, work project or other type of activity management.

Reporting serious, very serious and fatal accidents
