Description

Requests for powers of attorney or revocations of power are processed via this application. 

The following may be requested:

  • General powers of attorney
  • Financial powers of attorney
  • Powers of attorney for joint ventures
  • International powers of attorney
  • Power of attorney to request an electronic certificate for a legal person
  • Authorisations to use the electronic certificate for a legal person
  • Special powers of attorney
  • Power of attorney to lawyers
  • Request for certificate of submission 207 RN
  • Request to authorise/approve a petition to appeal before contentious-administrative courts
  • Revocations of powers of attorney

Who can request it

Any employee of the Group who is a user of "Incorpora" may request powers of attorney for themselves or on behalf of another person.
