Users Management

  • Password Change
  • Change your password trough https://gdi.fcc.es/changepassword whenever you want, It will be unified in the company's main information systems.

    1. Service description:

This service allows updating the password complying with the FCC Security regulations. The regulations state that the password must be changed at least every 6 months, but it can also be done more frequently if desired. It is normally used after receiving the FCC Identity Management notice that the password is about to expire (15 days before expiration date).

    2. Procedure to be followed:
      1. Through the Change Password application, the user can modify and unify his password for the main FCC systems (Windows account, SAP applications, Intranet, Incorpora, email ...) with only a single action made from the Identities Management System.
      2. Once the unification is done, the user must log in again to the computer for this to take effect.
      • The Change Password application is available when connected to the internal network (either direct or via VPN), or through RDS (Remote Desktop Services) -“Herramientas-TOOLS" folder.

IMPORTANT: Before the expiration of your password, the password management service will notify you via email about the expiration date and the need to change it. In this same link you can see the expiration date, and you can anticipate the password change so that it does not coincide with a holiday period. Once the password expires, the only way to restore it is by calling the Service Desk phones (see Global Service Desk FCC (GSD) section for numbers), so it is important to anticipate the password expiration date.
