The ebook of the 3rd International Eco-Efficiency awards is now available for download from the intranet. It contains the winning projects:

Combining photovoltaic and solar thermal to power buildings, presented by María Herrando Zapater, of FCC Energy.
Reusing demolition waste, presented by Alberto Pradillo Roberti and Miguel Hernández Hernández, of FCC Construction.

It also contains the other finalists, which received an honourable mention:

Mentality Water App, presented by Bernabé Hinojosa Lopera, of Aqualia.
Plataforma S.E.D.R.U.S Sharing Environmental Data to Reflect Urban Sustainability, presented Catherine Milhau, Patricia Ana Serrano Héctor, Isabel Mañeru Puig, Elena Mínguez Castro, Susana Cea Berrueco and Gabriel Morales Barreras, of FCC Medio Ambiente, and by Jaime Ramón Quintilla, of Systems and Information Technology.
Manufacture of aggregate by recycling steel mill slag, presented by Enrique Cordero Fernández, Carlos Martín Ortiz and Roberto Rivero Eguía of FCC Ámbito.

One of FCC's priorities is to make eco-efficiency a distinctive feature of the company's identity. For that reason it will launch the 4th International Eco-Efficiency Awards shortly, with the same objectives as previous editions.
