Stock Exchange and Investor Relations

The Stock Market and Investor Relations Department acts an interlocutor between the company and the many actors in the stock market.

Its duties require full, truthful communication in real time, which is made possible as a result of the information provided by the Group's various areas such as: Finance, Administration, Legal, Communication, Internal Audit and Corporate Responsibility Departments.

The main parties with which we work are:

    Comisión Nacional del Mercado de Valores (CNMV): Relations with the CNMV entail filing periodic financial disclosures, regulatory disclosures, the Annual Corporate Governance Report, Internal Code of Conduct, audits, etc.

    Institutional investors and individual shareholders: Our relations with investors and shareholders are based on the following activities.

        Seminars on companies.
        Presentations for investors.
        Meetings with investors in the head office.

    Financial analysts: Banks and institutional investors have teams of analysts that follow the company's performance and strategy and estimate FCC's future earnings and target share price.

    Other entities such as Bolsas y Mercados Españoles (BME), Servicio de Compensación y Liquidación de Valores (SCLV), etc.

Documents issued by the Department include:

    Daily Stock Market Report. Reports on the share performance by the Group companies.

    Corporate Presentation. Includes a description of the company with recent financial data and the main activities.
    Quarterly Earnings Report. Detailed description of the performance of the company's businesses and the situation at consolidated level.
    Weekly Bulletin. Provides the latest weekly news about our competitors and FCC.
    Quarterly Benchmark Bulletin: Provides comparative financial information between our peers and FCC.
