Description: The aim of this service is to organise the purchase and use of office furniture in Spain
Who can request it? The content and guidelines are applicable to all companies forming part of FCC Group. Any FCC Group Joint Ventures are also included.

Governing regulations: Furniture procedure
Procedure
Purchasing: The need to purchase FURNITURE for any company belonging to FCC Group will be processed through General Services. This is done by filling out the form attached to these guidelines and sending it to mobiliario@fcc.es. This Department then sends the accepted or modified request to the supplier.
Transfer or reuse: The transfer of FURNITURE that is not required in any FCC Group work centre, and which may be reused in other centres, will be processed through General Services by emailing mobiliario@fcc.es.
