Description:

The aim of this document is to establish the guiding principles for the handling and for the reporting of all information related to FCC Sites as well as to homogenize and to systematize the treatment of this information by all stakeholders in the company: human resources, purchase department, IT, insurance, security and general services department and the business areas thus facilitating and optimizing the management of the Sites in FCC Group.

To achieve this goal within the current means and at no additional cost a Site Management Program called “SEDES” has been created in the INCORPORA Platform.

What is the scope of this document?

This document applies to all FCC Companies and business Areas both at the international and national levels.

Activities requiring the opening up of a Site in FCC and how to request it:

• Allocation of payroll workplace: the request must be addressed through the Human Resources Department.
• Communications and IT purposes: request shall be submitted via the business managers to the following mailbox ogct@fcc.es or at the following link: https://fccone.fcc.es/web/one-ti/ti-oficina-de-gestion-del-contrato-de-teleco.
• For the dispatching of IT equipment: the request shall be channelled through the SM9 catalogue at the following address:  http://gsd – Catalogue Request – ITIN Create Site in BD’s of ITIN. Or through the link: https://fccone.fcc.es/web/one-serviciosit/serv-ti-espacio-trabajo
• Facility rental for business purposes: the request shall be sent to the following General Services Department mailbox: gestionsedes@fcc.es
• For any other request related to the contracting of electricity supply services, gas supply, Security Services and Surveillance or Cleaning Services please check the corresponding procedures in the following link:https://fccone.fcc.es/web/one-compras/compras-inicio
