Description: This outlines the hiring, use and operating procedure of the Postal Service to send any type of mail, bureau fax, etc. There are currently two contracts within FCC Group:

Aqualia-Mail, this contract will be applicable to any centre reporting to this division.
FCC-Mail, (see contract files and annexed regulatory policy), this contract is subject to the following discounts for the different services by scope and areas.

Who can request it? The content and guidelines are applicable to all companies forming part of FCC Group. This includes Joint Ventures and companies in which FCC has at least a 50% share (required for Postal Service).

Postal Service Envelope Stamps: Please see the attached file with the stamp that should be placed on the upper right-hand corner of envelopes for postage and which must comply with a measurement and format stipulated by the Postal Service.

In the office supplies catalogue (Lyreco), there are American-style envelopes with or without address windows that have this stamp and logos for Ámbito, Aqualia and FCC, which can be purchased as another office supply item; for everything else, contact Printing by emailing imprenta@fcc.es

For all other sizes of envelopes, an ink seal with this stamp must be requested from Office Supplies materialoficina@fcc.es and via the approved supplier.
